At GrowNOW ADHD, we coach students to build the Internal Skills they need for real-world independence in all three areas of Executive Function: Home, Academic & Social
Using the GrowNOW Internal Skills Coaching Model®, we strengthen a child’s internal skill system and work closely with parents to make sure those skills transfer into daily life at home, at school, and beyond – as quickly and as productively as possible.
Our Goal: Help kids and teens become more independent, positive, and successful in their day-to-day lives with less dependent on adult support.

Executive Function Coaching Combined with Fully Personalized Parent Training
Personalized internal skills training for independence at home, school, and socially for the student, combined with Parent Training to empower Parents and make this a short productive process.
Social EF Group Coaching
Group sessions designed to help students develop organization, communication, and Social EF Skills. This is NOT a social skills group
College Success Program
EF coaching for high school and college students focused on independence, time management, and self-advocacy.
Executive Function Summer Camp
A skill-building summer program combining learning and community-based experiences.
Outdoor Social Groups
Nature-based group experiences where students practice EF and teamwork skills in real-world settings.
Young Adult Independence Program
Coaching for older teens and young adults focused on daily living, goal setting, and self-regulation.
Dad Coaching

We pair skill-building with parent coaching so the strategies transfer quickly into the home environment. This approach builds long-term independence, not just short-term fixes.
In 2016, Michael created the Internal Skills Executive Function Strengthening Model, and GrowNOW ADHD was born.
His mission: improve quality of life for youth and families facing ADHD and executive function challenges.
Mike has presented this model to audiences nationwide and internationally, providing specialized support in ADHD, Executive Functioning, Social Executive Functioning, and Parent Coaching.
With more than 20 years of experience, a Master’s degree from Lehman College, and collaborations with leading doctors, neuropsychologists, and nonprofits, Mike blends deep expertise with a practical, strength-based model that gets results.
