Summer Day Camp
Building Independence, Confidence, and Real-World Executive Function Skills
Looking for a summer experience that’s more than just fun and games? At GrowNOW EF Summer Day Camp, your child or teen will enjoy exciting local adventures designed to strengthen real-life executive function skills—while having a blast alongside peers who understand and support them.
Each day is filled with interactive, hands-on activities that help campers:
Strengthen self-regulation, organization, and independent problem-solving
Practice flexible thinking and decision-making in real-world situations
Build confidence, resilience, and social connection through shared experiences
Our team of Executive Function and ADHD specialists guide campers in transferring these skills beyond camp—so they return home and to school with greater independence, motivation, and follow-through.
This is more than a camp. It’s a transformative summer experience that empowers kids and teens to grow, connect, and thrive—now and for years to come.
EF-Camp Provides Your Child:
Expert Guidance: Our team of trained EF coaches and counselors specialize in cognitive development and executive functioning. They use up-to-date, evidence-based strategies to help children enhance their skills effectively.
Interactive Learning: Campers engage in hands-on activities and community trips that build social skills, independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving—helping them develop essential life skills.
Positive Environment: We create a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere where children feel motivated and supported. Our goal is to help them build confidence while developing essential life skills.

Application Process
GrowNOW – EF Camp is committed to creating an ideal environment for all campers to thrive.
To ensure a fantastic fit for our program, we employ a multi-step application process. This approach helps us understand each applicant’s interests and needs, allowing us to curate the best possible experience for all enrolled campers.
Before you begin the application process, please read through the following important information.
ADMISSION
is selective: Please review the camper profile above carefully to see if GrowNOW Camp aligns with your child’s needs. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
If your child is accepted, a $750 deposit is required upon enrollment.
ACTIVE AND OUTDOORSY
This camp includes significant outdoor time. Athletic ability isn’t required, but comfort outdoors is essential. Children who dislike outdoor activities may not be a good fit.
ENCOURAGING FLEXIBILITY
We help children with ADHD build cognitive flexibility through peer-based experiences. GrowNOW Camp focuses on skill development—not behavior modification—and may not be a fit for children who require constant accommodation.
PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY
Photos and videos (with first names only) may be shared on GrowNOW ADHD Camp social media. If your child cannot appear in such content, unfortunately, she or he won’t be eligible to attend.
REFFERALS AVAILABLE
If we believe additional support is needed for your child’s success, we’ll gladly provide referrals to other camps better equipped to meet those needs.
Note: We understand these policies may require adjustments, but they ensure the best possible experience for all campers. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Application & Enrollment Process
Start the admission process by submitting the application and paying the $50 application fee. If your child enrolls, this fee is applied toward tuition. If GrowNOW determines another program is a better fit, the fee will be refunded.
SECOND: Informal Interview (Optional)
After applying, you may schedule a brief informal interview with Eric via Zoom or phone. This is a chance to meet, ask questions, and ensure GrowNOW Camp is a good fit for your child.
THIRD: Registration
After the interview, you have five days to enroll and submit the $750 deposit to reserve a spot. The $50 application fee is non-refundable if you choose not to enroll. The deposit is fully refundable before TBD; withdrawals after 5/31/26 receive a 50% refund.
