Parenting a child with ADHD and Executive Function Challenges can be overwhelming.
Many families have tried multiple approaches. These include therapy, behavior plans, and endless strategies, but none provided support that truly lasts.
At GrowNOW ADHD, we believe parents deserve a place to connect, learn, and grow together. That’s why we offer Mom Support Groups, guided sessions that bring families together to share experiences, gain encouragement, and reinforce the skills that matter most.
What Are ADHD Mom Support Groups?
Mom Support Groups at GrowNOW are structured, specialist-led gatherings where parents can:
Connect with other families who understand your journey – start to Build Your Tribe!
Learn how to reinforce Executive Function Skills at home
Build confidence in supporting independence
Reduce the stress of parenting a child with ADHD
Build meaningful relationships that continue beyond our sessions
Why Mom Support Groups Matter
Parents are central to their child’s growth.
But too often, they’re left to figure things out on their own. Parent Support Groups create space for connection, learning, and encouragement, helping families see they’re not alone in the journey.
Through open conversation with other parents who “get it,” and the guidance of GrowNOW Specialists, families gain both practical tools and a supportive community.
Together, they move from daily frustration toward long-term progress, using the Internal Skills Coaching Model® as the foundation.
How GrowNOW Mom Support Groups Work
Led by experienced ADHD and Executive Function Specialists, these groups blend expert guidance, meaningful discussion, and a strong sense of community.
Every month, sessions focus on a requested topic and include education from GrowNOW’s team of specialists, small group breakout discussions based on child age, and large group collaboration to bring it all together with clear takeaways.
Is a Mom Support Group Right for You?
GrowNOW Mom Support Groups are a great fit if you:
Feel isolated or overwhelmed in your parenting journey
Want to connect with other families who “get it”
Need support in reinforcing your child’s independence
Believe in growth and community that lasts beyond the coaching session
