“Nature-based play isn’t just about being outdoors. It’s about giving children authentic opportunities to practice and strengthen executive functioning skills for life.”
We believe children build the strongest executive functioning (EF) skills when they’re immersed in meaningful, real-world experiences.
Our Outdoor Social Groups, officially called the EF Social Outpost, combine nature play, parent coaching, and peer interaction to help children grow in independence, creativity, and problem-solving, all while having fun!
This program is designed for children with Social Executive Function challenges, and equally for parents who want tools and strategies they can carry into everyday life.
Sticks become swords, leaves become money. Imagination thrives in nature!
Kids make choices, take ownership, and build independence.
Children stretch their comfort zones while learning collaboration and resilience.
Time outdoors encourages calm, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being.
