Michael McLeod, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the founder of GrowNOW and a nationally recognized executive function coach. He’s spent years inside schools, homes, and clinics watching kids get shuffled through therapy, behavior plans, and endless accommodations without actually learning the skills they need to grow.
Mike created GrowNOW to offer something different: not another service. Not another band-aid. But a real path forward. A totally new way of approaching ADHD and Executive Functioning.
As a respected keynote speaker, Mike has presented this model to audiences nationwide and internationally, offering specialized support for ADHD, Executive Functioning, Social Executive Functioning, and Parent Coaching.
Mike brings over two decades of experience working with youth and families affected by ADHD and executive function challenges. With a Master’s degree from Lehman College in New York and international experience collaborating with non-profits and ADHD organizations, Mike has developed a comprehensive understanding of neurodevelopmental support.

Building Independence in Kids with ADHD
A forthcoming book by Mike McLeod
Most schools have tried countless programs, but nothing creates lasting change.
Excessive stress, parental pressure, and lack of support are driving more teachers to leave the profession, leaving schools struggling to maintain stability.
Increased behavioral issues in the classroom make it harder for teachers to teach, students to learn, and schools to function effectively, leading to frustration and burnout.
Parents are frustrated with their child’s academic struggles, which places added pressure on teachers and school leadership.
At GrowNOW, we create classrooms where students thrive, teachers are empowered, and learning takes center stage. Here’s how:
Developing Executive Functioning:
Students gain critical skills in self-regulation, focus, and independent problem-solving. As these abilities grow, classroom disruptions decrease, and academic performance improves.
Empowering Teachers:
We equip teachers with practical classroom management techniques and effective executive functioning strategies. Teachers reclaim control, reduce stress, and return their focus to teaching all students, not just managing behaviors.
Creating Classroom Sovereignty:
Our approach fosters an environment where academic success happens in the classroom. Teachers set clear boundaries, students embrace responsibility, and administrators concentrate on long-term improvements. Communication shifts from conflict to collaboration.
Real change is possible. Let us show you how.
