GrowNOW Lancaster

GrowNOW Internal Skills

At GrowNOW ADHD Lancaster, we build the internal executive function skills that last: self-regulation, self-motivation, self-evaluation, and self-awareness—anchored by True Independence Skills

We move beyond checklists and color-coded binders to strengthen the brain-based systems that drive independence at school, at home, and with peers.

Through targeted exercises, real-world routines, and parent partnership, we fade prompts and transfer ownership to the child.

Families report calmer mornings, homework completion, better follow-through, and healthier friendships.

Serving Lancaster County with in-person and virtual options.
